Krishna Kumar has a master's degree in business administration and been associated with the hospitality and service industry for the past three decades. He has varied experience in the field of Administration, Sales, Human Resources (Recruitment and Selection) and Training. He was actively involved in training the corporate employees of the Information Technology on Cross Cultural etiquette for more than a decade, Trained and prepared more than 15,000 students in building their résumé and facing the interviews.
He has conducted training programs on People Management, Leadership, Communication skills & TQM, and has been consistent in nurturing goals towards positive results. His core competency includes programs on corporate etiquette, Change Management & Train-the-Trainer workshops. He is a highly motivated corporate trainer with experience in training small and large groups across diverse industries. Proven success in leveraging educational theories and methodologies to design, develop, and deliver successful training programs and integrate instructional technology to provide onsite and virtual training.

Mr G Prabhaker
In an illustrious and exemplary career spanning more than four decades Mr. Prabhakar has started as a Faculty in the field of Technical Education, switched over to being a Deputy Executive Engineer (Irrigation) and on superannuation retired as a Superintending Engineer for the Government of Erstwhile Andhra Pradesh.
The passion for teaching and being amidst the students lead him to deliver lectures on procurement of works organized by the Administrative Staff College of India as Guest Faculty. Many participants have benefitted from his vast experience through his lectures on Contract Management including Dispute Resolution and on Procurement. He was a resource person for Organizations like WALAMTARI, Dr M C R Human Resources Development Institute of Andhra Pradesh, ESCI (Engineering Staff College of India) and the AG’s Office have taken the services of Mr. Prabhakar and had their participants attend his lectures.
He strongly believed in improving his academic qualifications to give the best to the students being taught and has completed his Masters in Technology from the reputed Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. Engineering profession being all about practical analysis and application, Mr Prabhakar wanted to utilize his knowledge and gain practical exposure which in turn would benefit the students, switched over to the main stream of government service and was selected by the state service commission and was directly recruited as Deputy Executive Engineer in the Irrigation Department and on attaining super annuation, retired as a Superintending Engineer. He was selected by the WORLD BANK and underwent Training on procurement. He was actively involved in Tender Reforms implemented by the Government and was the chief influencer in the decision making for projects funded by the WORLD BANK and JBIC (Japan bank for International Cooperation) worth more than twenty million
He was also actively involved with the activities of Institution of Engineers (India) and served in various positions for over 40 years and held the highest position of National President in 2011-12. His professional associations with different institutions include being

Tara has a work experience of over 15 years across various industries which include Education, Coffee Retailing, Hospitality and BFSI. She has trained more than 3000+ associates at Entry/ Middle/ Senior management levels over the years. From the years 1992-1998, Tara started her teaching and training career as Senior Faculty in Catering colleges in Hyderabad and later moved to the Barista Coffee Company in 2001. She joined the Taj Group of Hotels in Mumbai as a Training Manager and was with them for a year in 2002. She joined HSBC Hyderabad, in 2003 and was with them for 8 years. She got promoted to Manager Learning and Development in 2006 and was consulting with business unit heads, designing and delivering Leadership and Management Development programs from 2006-2011.
In her initial days with HSBC, she was largely involved in delivering Corporate Induction, conducting workshops in Coaching for Results, Leading and Managing People Fundamentals, Business writing for Results, Voice and Accent communication training and Telephone English for Work. She was involved in customizing programs, Accrediting and Coaching trainers through Train the Trainer workshops and Scheduling and preparing the quarterly training calendar for the team.
Tara successfully underwent the prestigious Erickson Coach Program from Erickson college partners in India, Associate Certified Coach from International Coaching Federation and she is also the first training manager to be sponsored by HSBC to get certified in MBTI from CPP Asia. With a Post Diploma in Advanced Hospitality Management from the reputed Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, Mumbai, Sridhar started his career with Narang Group of Hotels and switched over to the Cruise lines where he had an Opportunity to explore the exotic international cuisine. He is said to have gained a strong operational and Management foothold in the Hospitality industry having worked in an international environment of over 40 nationalities.
